"I enrolled Alex in the Calm Quest Kids emotion management classes because he often struggled with expressing his feelings. After just the first week, I noticed a remarkable change. He came home excited to show me the 'emotion faces' he learned about and even used them to tell me how he felt throughout the day. The activities, like drawing his emotions and playing emotion charades, helped him understand and communicate his feelings in a fun way. I'm so grateful for this program and can't wait to see more progress in the coming weeks."
